Drop shipment is also available for our wholesale dealers. The merchandise will be shipped out directly from our warehouse to our dealers' customers. The shipper on the shipping label will be our dealer's address. There will not be any kind of invoice or advertisement inside the package, only the packing list. We will keep your business your business and your resource confidential.
Custom Order:
We has involved in reproduction clock manufacturing for over 20 years. Now manufacturing specific clock parts for clock makers and parts sellers is not a problem any more. We have been supplying several clock parts sellers for many years. We offer wholesales for the parts of our reproduction clocks. Since most of our reproduction clocks are authentic to original, our clock parts can be used as replacement on the original antique clocks. If you need the clock parts other than we carry, then we can manufacture them for you as long as there is a sample available and in quantity order. The custom order part will be exclusive only to the sample provider. Please note we are only doing custom order for wholesales. Warranty for Online Purchase:
This is the limited warranty for our retail products. We offer 30 day money back guarantee on every timepiece sold on this web site. Our customers are free to exchange or return their purchase within 30 day. Our customers' satisfaction is guaranteed. Any items returned back to us must be in the original condition as delivered. If the order delivered is not in proper condition, please notice us immediately. Any self repair or dismantle of the product would lose our warranty. All refund will exclude original S/H.
Distributor's Warranty :
For our distributors, please see the follow description of our warranty. Our distributors are free to exchange their purchase within 60 days after delivery. Exchange can be our other products in stock. We will credit our distributor, if the new exchange item has lower value. And our distributor needs to cover the difference if the value is higher. Refund of our products is also available for our distributors. However it's available within 10 days after the delivery. Any self repair or dismantle of the product would cause the lost of this warranty. We are not responsible for any cost of exchange, and all refund will exclude the original shipping and insurance.
